Show the Status of all Midnight Delves Quests and create a Clickable Waypoint for every Delve

Known issue:
"ADDON_ACTION_BLOCKED" and "attempt to perform arithmetic on local 'textHeight' (a secret number) "errors from the Blizzard Map system may occur in combat.

fuba's Delve Quest Status shows the current status of all Midnight Delve quests in a simple overview window.
The addon allows you to quickly see whether a Delve quest is Active (you already on that Quest), Completed, or still Needed.
Each entry also includes a Waypoint button that automatically creates a waypoint to the corresponding Delve entrance on the world map.
When a waypoint is created, the addon highlights the location with a visual map ping so you can instantly spot it.
You can control the addon with the following commands:

| /dqs hide | Hide the main window |
| /dqs minimap | Toggle the minimap icon |

The window will automatically hide during combat and reappear afterwards if it was previously open.
