Fresh DRs shows diminishing returns on nameplates or target and focus frames in any PvP content with flexible positioning, scaling, and test modes

Currently Blizz does a lot of API changes so addon is under construction.
Fresh DRs shows Diminishing Returns (DRs) where you actually need them: on enemy nameplates and target/focus frames in arena, battleground and open world! Now also with a party/raid and player DR tracker.
This helps a lot in PvP for clean setups, better CC chains, and avoiding wasted DRs.
