FormReminder
A lightweight druid addon that reminds you to return to your preferred form.
Ever finish gathering, traveling, or tanking something for a moment, only to realize you're still in the wrong form? FormReminder provides a simple on-screen reminder whenever you're outside the form you actually want to be in.

- Choose the form you want to remain in (Moonkin, Cat, Bear, or Caster).
- Select exactly which forms should trigger a reminder using multi-select checkboxes.
- Separate presets for every druid specialization that switch automatically when you change specs.
