Forever PvP Leaderboards

Ranked duels, battleground and world PvP leaderboards for WoW: Forever, with victory banners, badges, titles, class matchups and a PvP heat map.
What's new
- Challenger info is off by default: the popup with the opponent's rating and your record could stay up mid-duel. It's off for everyone now (existing players too, once); turn it back on in Options > "Challenger info". It's also more compact, and it and the result banner now sit where the flair banners do by default (top of the screen next to the minimap, or wherever the banners were moved); /fpl popups puts them back there. The popup now has the flair banners' look (a dark band between gold lines, the opponent's class icon and name in the banner font). It stays up 5 seconds (was 30).
/fpl popuptestshows it with a sample opponent. - How to move things: the About tab (and the website's About page) now explain how to move and resize the banners, the popups, the rating and ticker boxes and the minimap button.
- Player summaries aren't trimmed: the addon keeps up to 10,000 compacted summaries of players without the addon per season (was 3,000, nearly reached), so players with only a few older duels keep their rating in game instead of starting over at 1500 when they return. About 150 bytes each.
