Added: Supports Mists Classic as well as Classic Era.
Added: lures from Burning Crusade through Cataclysm, so Mists characters get the Heat-Treated Spinning Lure instead of a vanilla one.
Fixed: fishing spell detection no longer depends on which rank of Fishing you have learned.
