FirstSighting 1.1.0
What's new
FirstSighting 1.1.0
A list of everyone you've met, more ways to set it up, and tooltips on every Classic client.
- Players Met window: everyone you've met in one Blizzard-style list, newest first, with search, All / This Week / Today tabs, dates and class colors. Point at a name for when and how you met; click to forget a player. Open it with
/firstsighting list(or/firstsighting list <name>), the Addon Compartment or the "Show list" button in the settings. - Tooltip options: show or hide how you met, show when you last saw the player (off by default), turn off the green "First time meeting" line, and hide the lines in combat.
- Choose what counts as meeting: targeting, hovering, grouping and inspecting can each be turned off (all on by default, as before). Players nearby (nameplates) stays off by default.
- Fixed: tooltip lines now show on Classic Era, TBC Anniversary, Titan and MoP Classic (they never appeared there).
- Fixed: "today" and "yesterday" now follow the calendar: someone you met late last night shows "yesterday" this morning.
- Players are now remembered by name instead of a character ID, the same way as DuelTracker and PlayerVouch.
- Everyone you met with 1.0.0 is kept: their record moves to their name the next time you meet them (or as soon as the game knows who they are; this is now retried every few minutes). First-seen dates are never lost or reset, and they still count in
/firstsighting. - Polish: settings grouped into sections, tooltip options grey out when tooltips are off, the group check runs once per roster burst in raids, damaged saved records are skipped instead of causing errors.
- Now also listed for Classic Era, TBC Anniversary, Titan and MoP Classic.
- Your players and settings are kept.
