Description
EasyInterfaceOptions is an add-on similar to Advanced Interface Options, but with an easy-to-use interface that lists the most commonly used, and most helpful CVAR's.

Usage
After installing this add-on and using /eio to open the UI, you will be presented with an option to back up your current settings, it is "highly recommended" you take up this offer and save the export string to a safe place.

You can request new CVAR additions if there is something you would like to see added. Just post the CVAR with a description of what it does, and I will add it if it's generally useful.
