Decided to Update this Addon myself for WOD since it wasnt getting updated at all.
Changes I made: -DR's are updated for 6.0

This is a continuation of Ildyria's Tukui_DrTracker. When he stopped playing, he gave me his permission to take over.
This is a lightweight DR tracker for arena and player. There is not and will not be a config in game. Several settings can changed in ElvUI_Tukui_DrTracker.lua.
Most important changes I've made: - DR's are updated for 5.3 - DR categories can be set for each class - Now showing DR icons relevant for each class. - Updated placement for Tukui. - Added movers for ElvUI
