This update focuses on improving the CraftAnyGear crafting order workflow for Midnight.

Added / Improved:
- Added a clearer in-game order status panel inside the Crafting Order UI.
- Added online/offline receiver status support with visual indicators.
- Added schedule tooltip and offline schedule information for players.
- Added CraftAnyGear queue support for offline orders.
- Added confirmation flow when an offline order is added to the queue.
- Added cancel update flow for offline queued orders.
- Improved Personal Order and Guild Order handling.
- Added cross-realm Personal Order guidance with Guild Order fallback information.
- Improved Place Order safety checks:
  - low commission warning
  - missing material warning
  - low-quality reagent warning
  - wrong crafter name warning
  - PvP minimum quality warning for items where max rank cannot be guaranteed
- Improved receiver order window with:
  - Orders / History tabs

- Improved Cancel Order detection from both the order detail window and the My Orders list.
- Improved central receiver notifications and offline fallback handling.
- Added sound options for order notifications.
- Updated Midnight item-to-crafter database.
- Updated UI visuals for popups, minimap icon, schedule icon, and order status displays.
