  Shamanistic Focus (https://tbc.wowhead.com/spell=43338/shamanistic-focus) is a new shaman talent added in Burning Crusade that is triggered after scoring a melee critical strike. It reduces the mana cost of your next Shock spell by 60%.
  This PR adds support for Shamanistic Focus, Shock spells (EarthShock, FlameShock and FrostShock) glows after the player deals a melee critical strike and so triggers the talent Shamanistic Focus.
