A collection of UI enhancements to the Forever UI, some providing a more Classic feel. (This does not restore the Classic UI as there are already addons for doing so).

Fix 1.2.2
Blizzard introduced a bug to the Combined Backpack UI that causes an icon to appear over the sort button. This has been fixed, and has been provided as an option (turned on by default) under the Fixes heading.
No doubt Blizzard will fix this in future, at which time I will set the fix to a dormant state. Due to the hurried nature of this fix I didn't get much time testing. If bugs arise please report them. Thank you.
