Adds additional options for customizing the default Blizzard raid and party frames in WoW retail (Midnight 12.0 onwards).

- Health bar colors can be customized.
- Player names can be class-colored and realm names can be hidden.
- Overshield overlay can be shown on the frames, anchored to the left or right.
- Border highlighting can be added for all debuffs or dispellable debuffs.
- Edit Mode layouts can be assigned for various instance types and sizes, switching automatically.
- Custom layouts can be assigned for party and multiple raid sizes, and can be assigned to specific roles/specs.
- Party frame can be forced to show while solo.
