V1.42 corrected a typo that caused any buff in buff_three to not be displayed
V1.41 trigger events that fire before_expire and when_expire are now turned off and on when toggling those options,should lower resource usage when when_expire is selected
V1.40 changed the API i was useing for buffname and buffduration,problems with non self cast buffs should be corrected with before_expire settings
