Displays amount of Seals of Broken Fate

Description

A broker plugin that shows the amount of Seals of Broken Fate and which of the three you have earned in the current week.

Requires a broker display addon to see it and the tooltip. I use Bazooka but any other one should also work.

If you don't have a broker addon you can use the /bseals command typed into chat to get a quick readout.

/bseals normal - Changes the text to "Total: currentTotal/maxTotal Weekly: weeklyTotal/weeklyMax". This is the default
/bseals small - Changes the text to "currentTotal/maxTotal:weeklyTotal/weeklyMax"
/bseals none - Displays no text but you can still mousover the icon for the tooltip
/bseals older - Toggles showing the older seals in the ldb tooltip, only if you have at least one

Version 1.05 is for the old warlords of draenor seals but can still be used along side the newer versions for legion.
