Mage Teleporter
A clean, modern teleportation UI built exclusively for mages on The Burning Crusade Anniversary (patch 2.5.x). Instead of hunting through your spellbook or cluttering your action bars, Mage Teleporter gives you a sleek hover-activated dropdown that puts every teleport, portal, and your Hearthstone one click away.
Features
Updated: CTRL+scroll anywhere on the tooltip to resize.
Also, added an "Automatic Resolution Scaler" so the tooltip renders according to your current resolution.
Smart Spell Detection: The menu automatically populates with only the spells you have actually learned. As you train new teleports and portals, they appear in the list immediately the next time you open the menu — no configuration required.
Faction Aware Alliance mages see Alliance destinations. Horde mages see Horde destinations. Shattrath appears for both. You will never see spells that don't belong to your faction.
Rune Counter Your current stock of Runes of Teleportation and Runes of Portals is displayed next to each section header with color-coded feedback — green when you're well stocked, yellow when running low, and a pulsing red when you're nearly out.
Hearthstone with Cooldown Timer The Hearthstone is always pinned to the bottom of the menu with a live countdown timer. When it's ready you see a green "1 hr" indicator. When it's on cooldown a red MM:SS timer counts down in real time. Hover over it to see your current bind location.
Hover to Open, Instant Close The dropdown opens the moment your cursor enters the "Runes" label and closes the instant your cursor leaves the frame from any direction — top, bottom, left, or right. No clicking required to open or close.
Draggable and Lockable The "Runes" label can be dragged anywhere on screen. Right-click it to lock it in place so it won't move accidentally. Right-click again to unlock. Position is saved between sessions.
Resizable Text Hold Ctrl and scroll the mouse wheel over the "Runes" label to scale the widget up or down. Scale is saved between sessions.
Combat Safe The addon respects combat lockdown. The menu will not attempt to open while you are in combat.
Slash Commands
/mtp or /mageteleporter — Toggle the widget on or off.
Compatibility
Built and tested on World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade Anniversary Edition (client 2.5.x). Uses the modern C_Container API with automatic fallback for compatibility.
This addon is for Mages only. It will notify and do nothing if loaded on any other class.
