With this lightweight no BS addon you are locked to bear form whilst in combat. With a simple popup that tell you the addon is active and a minimap button to toggle it on and off!
Instant cast procs of DoC still work - Rebirth has yet to be tested.
Ever wanted to be able to mount up whilst in combat like on Dimensius?
Use this simple macro:

/cancelform
/cast Travel Form
(Only way I could get Travel Form to work in combat due to Blizzards API constraints)
