Refactored to be quicker and cleaner to maintain. Accepts Resurrection requests automatically in and out of combat.

/ar - Toggles Auto Resurrections on or off
/ar combatresurrect - Toggles Combat Resurrections on or off
/ar messages - Toggles messages to chat on or off
