Archenon Poros

Description

Archenon Poros adds a soft and melodic Draenei touch to your messages.
Vowels are sometimes stretched, "u" becomes "ou," "é" becomes "eï," and some "r" sounds are rolled.

This addon is designed for French-speaking players who want to enhance their roleplay experience in World of Warcraft by mimicking the Draenei accent.

The modifications are specific to the French language and may produce inconsistent results in other languages.

How It Works

• The filter automatically applies to messages in /say and /yell.
• There are three transformation modes:
  • wacky (default): a very pronounced and random accent.
  • simple: a lighter transformation without random effects.
  • off: completely disables the filter.

In-Game Command

Use the following command to change the mode:

/archenonporos [simple|wacky|off]

Examples:

/archenonporos simple  
/archenonporos off  

Features

• Draenei Phonetics:
  • u → ou
  • é → eï
  • vowels randomly doubled
  • r → rolled (random or systematic depending on the mode)
• Automatic Protection:
  • Commands (/…)
  • Tags (<…>)
  • Bold text (**…**)
  • Parentheses ((…))
  • Key Draenei phrases:
    "Archenon poros", "Krona ki cristorr", "Dioniss aca"
  • Common infinitive verbs ending in -er (protected to avoid absurd results).
