Fixes
- Bar textures no longer get darker towards the right.
- The castbar no longer disappears mid-cast when Auto Shot fires or you use a trinket.
- No more stray spark on an empty bar.
- Borders stay crisp: frames now line up on whole screen pixels.
- Retail castbar style: the range check's frame is the same thickness on all sides.
