What is AQS

AnouQualitySuite TBC was built around one core idea:
To create a modern, lightweight addon for TBC Classic / TBCA that combines the functionality of multiple addons and even WeakAuras into one clean interface.

The goal is simple:

  • better performance
  • less UI clutter
  • fewer separate addons
  • less WeakAura overhead
  • everything in one place

Instead of jumping through several addon windows or maintaining extra WeakAuras for basic utility features, AQS brings them together in a single structured UI.

    Enlarges the quest log and shows the Wowhead link in the top left

  • Hide quest log XP automatically at max level
    If disabled, quest XP remains visible

    Sends a message to the selected channel with the interrupt spell and your target

    Shows chat timestamps with selectable format options

    Restores the original default Blizzard layout

  • Cursor GCD Ring
    A simple cursor ring around your mouse with GCD and cast time tracking

Minimap Container Button Settings

  • Set the direction

Tooltip Settings

AQS comes with its own tooltip system, and in most cases you will not need another tooltip addon.

Available options include:

  • Extended ID Tooltip
    Shows spell IDs, item IDs, and NPC IDs

  • Show Vendor Price

  • Show GearScore and Item Level on Player Tooltip
    Shows the current GearScore and item level of nearby players when you hover them
    The calculation formula is kept modern and up to date

  • Show GearScore and Item Level of Items in Tooltip
    Shows the GearScore and item level of the item itself

  • Anchor the tooltip

  • Adjust tooltip offset

  • Adjust overall tooltip size

Tooltip NPC Settings

When enabled, NPC abilities are shown in the tooltip when you hover a mob.

This can show:

  • how dangerous a mob is
  • which abilities it has
  • flexible alignment options inside the tooltip

Swing Timer

AQS includes its own swing timer bars for:

  • Melee
  • Ranged
  • Off Hand
  • Pet
  • Wand
  • Target swing timer

Everything is configurable, including:

  • size
  • width
  • height

Quality of Fishing

  • Right click fishing
  • Extended sounds
  • Click cast time

Experience Bar Settings

AQS includes its own experience bar inspired by the Luxthos Experience Bar.

Configurable options include:

  • color
  • height
  • size
  • displayed values and text

Built to be flexible and show only the information you actually want.

Name Your Enchants

TBC enchant names can be extremely long and clutter the character frame.
This feature lets you assign your own custom names to enchants and display them in the character frame.

Loot Automation

AQS provides separate automation rules for BoE and BoP items across all quality levels.

Available dropdown actions:

  • Auto Need
  • Auto Greed
  • Auto Pass
  • Manual

On the right side of the UI, you can add exclusions by:

  • drag and drop
  • item ID

This allows you to define which items should be excluded from your selected loot automation rules.

Additional options:

  • Quick Delete
    Delete items without typing delete into the popup

  • Fast Loot
    Loot without opening the loot window

  • Auto Confirm on BoP Items
    Automatically confirms soulbound items without an extra click

Rollframe Settings

AQS includes its own roll frame.

Customizable options:

  • size
  • height
  • width
  • color
  • position

It is movable and can be placed wherever you want.

It also shows:

  • who has already rolled
  • what they rolled
  • whose rolls are still missing

Combat Log Settings

This section contains all combat log related settings.

You can configure:

  • what should be logged
  • where it should be logged

Non ElvUI Settings

This section is intended for players who do not use ElvUI.

It includes:

  • chat settings
  • UI scaling options

Profession Support

This section is designed for Enchanters and Jewelcrafters.

Inside one profession popup, you can:

  • disenchant items with a simple mouse click
  • prospect ores with a simple mouse click

Permanent exclusions can be added by:

  • drag and drop
  • item ID

This is useful for items that should never appear in the popup.

Auto Restocker and Junk Seller

AQS allows automatic restocking from:

  • bank
  • vendor
  • or both

You can add items by:

  • drag and drop
  • item ID

They will appear in a list on the right side, where you can choose whether the addon should check:

  • bank only
  • vendor only
  • both

To remove an item, simply click the X in the list.

Auto Junk Seller

If enabled, you can also exclude junk items by:

  • drag and drop
  • item ID

Without exclusions, AQS will only sell:

  • poor quality items
  • items clearly marked as junk

Import and Export UI

This is a successful implementation of MySlot inside AQS.

It works similarly to MySlot in the way players know it, but in a more lightweight and stripped down version without unnecessary payload from other game versions.

With it, you can:

  • save your current UI
  • save keybinds
  • save macros
  • export them
  • import them on other accounts

Important

Only AQS generated strings are supported.

Regular MySlot strings are not recognized, because AQS uses its own format.

WoWSims and 60U Export

Generate your current WoWSims string and use it in:

  • WoWSims
  • 60U

This fully replaces WoWSimsExporter and keeps the same convenience.

AQS Note Importer

AQS includes a 1:1 implementation of MRT Note Importer.

If you use AQS, you no longer need MRT just for note importing.

Auto Equipper

The Auto Equipper works similarly to ItemRack.

It also has two matching WeakAuras available for the best experience.

With Auto Equipper, you can:

  • create gear sets
  • save gear sets
  • highlight gear sets
  • display them in the tooltip

If you also load the matching WeakAura, you can equip your saved sets with a mouse click without opening the addon.

The equipper aura does not take extra UI space, because it is anchored to your character frame and only becomes visible when the character frame is open.

A clickable trinket dropdown switch WeakAura is also available as a companion feature.

Talent Manager

This is an implementation of Talented in a simpler and cleaner format.

You can:

  • manage your main spec
  • manage your off spec
  • activate specs
  • save presets
  • import Wowhead links

You can also open the AQS Talent Manager with the N keybind.

Whats Next

This is an implementation of the well known addon Whats Training.

It does the same job and shows all trainable spells, including pet support for Warlocks and Hunters.

Raid and Group Inspect

Inspect players in your party or raid without having to inspect them one by one.

Features include:

  • full group and raid inspection overview
  • detailed talent inspection
  • off spec display
  • enchant checks
  • gem checks

You can also whisper players with a mouse click if they are missing enchants or gems.

My BiS Area

Browse BiS lists for all phases.

The BiS lists are based on:

  • wowtbc.gg
  • WoWSims

You can also:

  • download the matching WeakAura
  • show missing items directly on your character frame
  • import your own BiS list in WoWSims string format

In the BiS Gear Optimizer, you can create your own item set and use it for the WeakAura, so your own personal BiS setup is shown.

In addition, AQS can display BiS items for all phases and classes directly in the tooltip.

BiS Gear Optimizer

Build and manage your ideal gear setup with:

  • different items
  • enchants
  • gems
  • real time stat updates
  • saved sets
  • export support
  • import support

Supports WoWSims strings.

Built for players who want to create the most optimized gear setup possible for their character.

Personal Item Tracking

Track either:

  • a predefined list
  • your own custom list

When enabled, the Personal Item Tracker will show a popup alert in raids or dungeons whenever one of your tracked items drops.

Badge of Justice Reminder

After each boss kill, AQS can show a popup reminder telling you to loot your Badge of Justice, so you do not forget it.

Loot Export

Review all dropped loot from raids and dungeons.

You can see:

  • which items dropped
  • who received them

Important

Loot tracking must be enabled in the main settings, otherwise the addon cannot record any loot.

You can also export the recorded loot as a string for:

  • spreadsheets
  • tracking tools
  • other external uses
