Description
By default, Blizzard forces raid frames (including party frames shown as raid frames) to be anchored from the top-left corner. This means that regardless of how you try to anchor them in Edit Mode, the frames will always grow from that top-left corner, and when you join raid groups of different sizes the raid frames can look different from what you expected and/or overlap other UI elements.
After installing this addon, simply go to Edit Mode and re-anchor the raid/party frame by snapping it again into a grid line so it can grow as it is supposed to.
