Description
Allows you to arbitrarily speed up or slow down time at will.
First, press Caps Lock to begin typing.
Next, enter your desired timescale using the numbers 0-9 and optionally a decimal point.
Finally, press Caps Lock again to update the world timescale.

First, extract the zip file.
Place the TimeDilationMod folder into the Mods directory of your UE4SS installation, which should be located at /R5/Binaries/Win64/ue4ss/Mods.
Add "TimeDilationMod : 1" to your UE4SS mods.txt file to ensure the mod is active.
