Disables collision with Employee NPCs, Galen, and Ship Crew, allowing players to move freely through them.
Player collision can be fully disabled in the config.txt, allowing players to phase through all NPCs and other online players.
Working Both:
ServerSide & Singplayer Must be installed on both client and server to function on dedicated servers.

Installation Instructions
- install UE4SS for Windrose
- Download and extract DisableNPCCollision.zip in Windrose\R5\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods
