Description
This mod makes some changes that help increase performance. Some of these changes are just config changes, but others are modifications to other files to reduce memory load. Notably:
- Grass foliage is removed.
- Some large textures have been compressed (mainly particles).
- Some materials have had their normals removed (character, clothing, weapons, items).
Here is the effect on my personal system standing in the same location (16GB RAM, GTX 2070 GPU, Intel i7 CPU) 
Installation: First, extract the zip file. Then, place the files named MemoryOptimizations_P.pak/.utoc/.ucas in the /R5/Content/Paks directory of your Windrose installation.
