Description
Recharge Counter shows you how long you have to wait before you can use a specific skill again if you ran out of magicka/stamina.
The number displayed on your actionbar displays the number of ticks(2 seconds / tick) you have to wait before you can use this skill again.
There's a new feature in the latest Version of this addon: It can show you the number of times you can use a skill, until you need to wait for stamina/magicka.
You can configure this addon in the settingsmenu of your game.
