This mod tracks every unique food item you have eaten and rewards your culinary curiosity with permanent Max Health (HP) bonuses.

- How to access:
- Press the Hotkey J to know if you have eaten a food.
- OR obtain the physical "Food Log Book" item (Crafting/Basic category) to carry in your inventory.
- UI Details:
- A clean, polished interface that feels right at home in Stardew Valley.
- Visual progress bars showing how close you are to your next Health Upgrade.
- Grid view of your eaten foods (hover to see names).

âť“ FAQQ: Does this work with existing saves?A: Yes! However, the mod will only start tracking foods from the moment you install it (unless the game has already recorded them in your player stats).
Q: Does it count if I eat the same food twice?A: No. You must eat different kinds of food. Eating 100 Parsnips only counts as 1. Eating a Parsnip, a Glazed Yam, and a Survival Burger counts as 3.
