Use
Clint's tool upgrades:
You can choose from normal upgrade (3 days, normal price), one day upgrade (1 day, 1.5x price) and instant upgrade (instant 2.0x price).
Robin's construction services:
After placing your construction or farmhouse upgrade, there will be the option the speed up the construction.
Each time you accept you have to pay 0.5x of the base price and it will reduce the construction process by one day.
Price factors can be configured. See below.
