Makes mine ladders and shafts have a slight glow to them, so you don't lose them on levels 30-40.
Description
Just adds a glow to any ladders or shafts while in the mines. No configuration yet, but plan to add some options where it twinkles, rather than just stay a static light.
This is my first mod.
