Ginger Island Mainland Adjustments

Adds (a) dialogue keys for NPCs headed towards and returning from Ginger Island and (b) the ability to add schedules *after* GI trips. Alternatively, (c) revamps Ginger Island scheduling to allow for more visitors at a time.
