Ginger Island Mainland Adjustments

Adds (a) dialogue keys for NPCs headed towards and returning from Ginger Island and (b) the ability to add schedules *after* GI trips. Alternatively, (c) revamps Ginger Island scheduling to allow for more visitors at a time.
What's new
The optional content pack, which contains GIRemainder schedules for most vanilla characters and some dialogue lines. Requires the code component, does nothing without it. @ContentPack
