This mod adds the ability to gift money to NPCs. The mod comes with a customisable config. The money required will automatically scale with your progress. Feel free to disable that feature though.
You have to be close to an NPC (approximately the range required to talk to it). After that, press the F5 button (can be changed in config). A UI will appear where you can select the type of gift. When hovering over it, the price will appear.
The amount required scales with the game's progress. However, you can disable it and add your own limits. Those are the default values:
