Modern two-story luxury penthouse for your Sims. I tried to build a penthouse that blends in within the existing structure yet with some added architectural personality. Style is minimalist luxury.
This build comes in two versions :

- Unfurnished CC free version (same exterior/layout, including some furnishing suggestions).
