This was my first attempt at building a house without using CC except the T.O.O.L. mod from TwistedMexi.
It' a modern house with an open living concept and fully furnished. Ground floor: Hallway, livingroom, kitchen with diningroom, laundryroom, an office and a bathroom. First floor: bedroom, gym and 2 bathrooms. Outdoors: Pool with a sitting area and a barbeque area.
