[kta] Villa Castello

Its been a while since i wanted to build a castle so here it is 😃

Although is not exactly a castle, in the way we imagine them, this might have been a sort of convent or some nobleman's big house converted over the years. There are no reliable documents about its true origin, so who knows? 😜

What i can tell u is that it's a building halfway between a villa and a castle, located in the Italian Tuscany and recently restored to be habitable and offer all the comforts of today but thanks to the care that has been put into the process, it retains its medieval spirit, which is perceptible through the original stone walls, columns and arches.

The lot is a 50x50 size (the largest i've ever done 😅). Placed it on the Thebe State, in Tartosa.

It has 4 floors. And the distribution goes like this:

Ground floor

- With an spectacular garden area, with statues and fountains. A barbecue area and a huge pool with waterfalls. In addition, the house has a fabulous vegetable garden that provides self-sufficiency and a parking area.

- It has several doors but the main one leads u to the impressive hall with original columns and arches. On the left, the office working area and the library communicate with the distributor that takes u to the interior stairs to the 1st floor, the pantry, the bathroom and the kitchen which retains its ancestral spirit but has the comforts of a modern one. From there, u go to a huge space with large windows where the dining room and a very spacious living room coexist. Also from there, but to the right u can go out to the back porch which has an outdoor dining room and several relaxation areas.

1st Floor

It can be accessed by the internal staircase that leads to the music room (this is where u access the tower* thats leads u to the 2nd floor) or by the external one that takes u to the gym. These two rooms have direct access to a square terrace, which acts as a patio and through which u access the master bedroom which has a dressing room, a full bathroom and a private terrace.

2nd Floor

Through the tower* stairs u reach another bedroom with an in suite bathroom.

3rd. Floor

On one hand, through the bedroom on the 2nd floor u access to another room which because of its formidable views has been turned into a painting area. On the other hand, one more room in the tower*.

* The tower is big enough to have some kind of functional space on every floor, but i didn't know what to put in them 😬

The building is full furnished. But CC is not included for respect to their creators. U can find the CC list with all the direct links to download the items i used to decorate it on my website . Or, as i always tell u, if u think that list is too much, u can just download the blueprints and decorate it yourself.
