If you don't own all the packs listed: You can still download the lot. The core build will not change. Your game will delete or replace furniture you don't have access to. (Get Together is 100% required as that is where the lot is)
With the release of the Party Essentials Kit, I thought one of the best candidates for a renovation using the new items was the Ancient Ruins from Get Together. Now you can host some great parties here.
