If your teen sim has aged up with acne, this will allow you to cleanse it at a sink or mirror.
Description
My teen sim had acne. I never dealt with it and when she aged up she still had it. There's no way I could see to get rid of it without turning the acne setting off and reloading the game.
I've re-enabled the cleansing and concealment methods for young adults to get rid of it. It shouldn't come back though once it's gone.
I wanted a natural way of removing it in gameplay instead of just *poof* it's gone.
