Overview

Turnip Cake (Lo Bak Go) is a traditional Cantonese dim sum. Made with shredded white radish and rice flour, it is steamed into a soft cake and pan-fried until golden. The outside becomes lightly crisp while the inside stays soft, tender, and savory.

Often enjoyed with tea for breakfast or served as a comforting snack.
