Seed Gnomes: No More Seed Clutter! (Enchanted By Nature)

With this new interaction, fairies will be able to bring gnomes to life just for the sake of seed gathering. Gardening gnomes will NO LONGER summon seed packets. While the gnome is active, everyone standing close to it will have seeds appear in their inventory.

The gnome won't teleport around the lot unless there's a gardening gnome active. For some reason it likes to follow the gardening gnome and chill around the plants while trying to broadcast seeds. It won't clutter the ground, and it won't garden plants, it'll just... follow the other gnome.

And that's pretty much it.
