Description
Rebalanced Townie Generation by Enkidu
This mod addresses an issue experienced by players with Snowy Escape, City Living or Island Living where the worlds would gradually get overpopulated with sims having Japanese, Moroccan, Islander or Indian names.
With the above packs installed the game has a setting to generate a minimum of 40 Japanese townies, 14 Islander townies, 10 Indian townies and 10 Moroccan townies. Until the required number is filled, there is greater chance any newly generated homeless townie will be of that archetype. When playing with Aging ON and Neighborhood Stories, the game automatically moves sims into homes (they are no longer homeless) and generates MORE sims to make up for it, leading to the previously mentioned overpopulation.

Lowers the number of required homeless sims for each neighborhood in San Myshuno, Sulani and Mr. Komorebi to 1.
The appropriate cultural sims are still generated when you visit a neighborhood. The mod doesn't forbid townies from spawning in their assigned locations. Indian townies will still spawn in the Spice Market, Moroccan townies will still spawn in the Arts Quarter, Japanese townies will still spawn in the Fashion District and Mt. Komorebi, Islander townies will still spawn in Sulani.
Installation and usage
This mod has three packages, one named after each location. You can delete a package for a pack you don't have but it shouldn't cause any issues if you leave it in anyway. The mod won't affect your existing townie population. It will affect only new townie generation after the mod is installed. Safe to remove, doesn't affect the save in any permanent way. After removal the game reverts to its vanilla behavior.

Compatibility
This is a tuning override mod and will conflict or have unexpected interactions with other mods that attempt to do something similar. You probably don't need this if you have another mod that covers townie population or NPC spawning and travel.
Mods that change names ARE compatible (such as mods for more random names or names variety).
