This mod allows Sims to react when someone nearby wets themselves. They may laugh, complain, or simply appear shocked. It depends on their personality traits and whether they've also been seen wet themselves in the past.

This notorious mod has been completely reworked! Changes include:
- Sims now step away instead of crowding the scene. Only Sims that are very close will react.
- NPC Bladder Failing Sim will be pushed to leave within 15 mins, though they might come back later squeaky clean.
- Sims will remember who had bladder failure and share this knowledge via gossips.
- Bladder failing Sims can beg, bribe, threaten and ask someone else to threaten other Sims into silence.
- Other Sims can promise to stay quiet, or insult and blackmail the bladder failing Sim.
- Various moodlets for reactions, gossips and interactions.
- New unique bladder-holding options when the bladder need is low!

I made this mod compatible with Dangerous Farting, so both bladder failure and farting accident are referred to as "The Great Public Release".
It all starts with Derek the Werewolf, who holds it in for way too long.
…And then... The Great Public Release.
A random witness runs to tell Manuela Dyarréa, the evil alien. Derek walks away in shame… but Manuela won’t shut up.
Manuela Dyarréa publicly accuses Derek of not wearing diapers, unknowingly (?) passing this knowledge to another Sim. (so they know about his public release too!)
Derek begs her not to tell anyone else — denied.
He tries to bribe her — also denied.
But thank goodness, Clara, a kind Sim he met at the club. is here.
Clara tells Derek it's alright, she won't tell anyone.
Derek asks Clara if she can coerce Manuela Dyarréa into silence, and she agrees without hesitation!!!
Because Clara is more physically fit, the threat works. Manuela won’t be able to blackmail or insult Derek again!!!

Reactions:
Teen Sims and above have three different reactions.
Child Sims have two reactions.
Toddlers have one.
The way they react depends on their traits and whether they've previously had a great public release.
They'll also say something when they react...
Memory System:
Sims remember the bladder failing Sim for 2 days. Gossiping or using any of this mod’s interactions on that Sim refreshes that memory by 1 day.
Sims who receive the gossip or overhears remember it for 1 day, also refreshable.
Managing Reputation After Disaster:
The bladder failing Sim can beg, threaten (both autonomous) and bribe (not autonomous).
If begging or bribing works, the other Sim won’t gossip, but they can still insult and blackmail unless they’ve been threatened. Begging and bribing's effect lasts for two days.
Threat success depends on muscle mass. If it fails, even begged/bribed Sims may still gossip. The effect lasts for four days.
If you beg/bribe a Sim you have high friendship points with, or a Sim that has good traits, they'll tell you no need to do that as they won't tell anyways.
If these interactions fail, you can wait a bit and try again.
You can ask a Sim who has high friendship points with you to coerce a Sim into silence, if that Sim is also nearby and on the same floor. If it's a teen+ v.s. a child, the threat will always work. You can also do it yourself. Nearby Sims in a small range might overhear so they know it too!
Child Sim can only ask teens and above to threaten other Sims for them.
Any Sim who knows the truth can insult, but Mean, Evil, or low-Empathy Sims will do it autonomously more often.
Sims who are good or have high friendship points with the bladder failing Sim can promise they won't tell. If both Sims have witnessed each other's great public release, they can also promise not to tell. In this case, most interactions will be locked.
To put off the public release when the bladder bar is yellow... you can click on the Sim and choose Put Off the Public Release:
