NPCO - NPC Override

Did you use NPCC or No Randoms or some other mods to stop the game from making Sims back in the day? I did, but those mods are often abandoned due to their propensity to break. So I made my own!

This mod attempts to stop the game from spawning/creating NPCs in the background.

This is basically a giant override mod, and I cannot guarantee that it will stop the game from creating Sims. The game is sneaky! But it will stop most.

This mod stops those in the BASE GAME and should be thought of as the Core mod. There are a large number of Add-On Mods available that will stop Sim creation for most dlc.

I separated the files this way because, for example, what if you don't want Sims to spawn, but you do want to follow your teens to high school? In this case, you will likely need the game to spawn a cafeteria worker or teacher at the high school, but not spawn other Sims in your game. Therefore, you can install all of the NPCO mods except NPCO-High School! Your high school will function, but you'll have very few random Sims created by the game.
