Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor, and Reflexologist - these are the regular careers you can just go in and join.
Massage Therapist (service) - for this one you need to apply the trait first. It's different from the one that's attached to the venue. This is for the hirable Massage Therapist, in case it wasn't obvious.
