Functional tree that enables Sims to collect goods

Description

This is a small mod that adds some interactivity to your Decor trees. As you may know, I am a medieval Sims player. So, I came up with this idea while playing one of my stories. Harvestable trees are really nice, but in real life trees are more diverse and have multipurpose. So I picked three form the decor trees and added some extra interactions that were helpful for my (and hopefully for your gameplay) especially if you like historical/cottage type of realistic gameplay.

The first interaction that you can perform on the tree is - Collect Branches. This interaction is visible all year long. You Sim can gather 10 branches from the tree. If you use my fireplace or stove override , you can use the branches for fire, or to sell them.

The second interaction is - Look for Bird Eggs. This interaction has two possible outcomes, your Sim can find one egg from a wild bird, or they can be pecked on the head by Mama Bird, which will end up with uncomfortable moodlet and no egg. Your Sim can consume the egg like this or use it in cooking (It's SCCO compatible). This interaction is available only Summer and Spring!

The third and final interaction is - Tap for Sap. This interaction allows you to collect Sap from the trees and to sell it. If your Sim has level 6 or higher in cooking skill, can transform it into Maple Syrup and can eat it, or use it for cooking. It's SCCO compatible and it's tagged as sugar, so if ANY sugar is required you can use the Maple Syrup. This interaction is available only Winter!

All interactions can be performed only once per day! Then there is 24h cooldown time.

See below the name of the trees, I kept their original name and only added in brackets next to them that it's a tree with purpose. You can find them under Tree category, and each cost 55$.

Birch Tree (Tree With Purpose)
