toilet won't change into dirty state after a Sim used the throw up interaction
Description
Usually, when a Sim uses a toilet to throw up, the toilet always changes into a dirty state. This override takes that section out, so the toilet stays clean after the interaction. (It should still get dirty eventually tho)
