The Nickname Mod brings a fresh layer of personality and realism to your game by allowing your Sims to go by fun, unique, and meaningful nicknames! Whether it’s a sweet pet name from a partner, a childhood nickname that stuck, or even a cool alias your Sim uses with friends, this mod makes your world feel more alive.

With the Nickname Mod, you can:

• Give Sims custom nicknames that appear in social interactions.
• Add an extra touch of storytelling and roleplay.

How to Use:

• Select the Sim you want to give a nickname to.
• Click on the Sim and look for a new interaction like “Nickname Mod”.
• Select “Assign Nickname”.
• Enter the nickname you want.
• You can see their nicknames in the social interactions.

How to Install?

• Download our Nickname Mod Zip file.
• Download the latest version of Scumbumbo’s XML Injector here : https://scumbumbomods.com/#/xml-injector/
• Extract the zip file before putting into the Mod folder.
• Put the Nickname Mod folder and the XML Injector into to Mods folder of the Game, you could refer link “C:\Users\<USERNAME> \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods”
• After confirming that the XML Injector works, you can delete the XmlInjector_Script_Test_Users_v4.2.package file. Once it’s removed, the test interactions and the blank interaction pie will no longer appear on your pie menus.
