Description
the "home studio" lot trait from City Living only boosts quality for painting, writing, gemology, knitting, photography, tattooing, and pottery. i tweaked it so it also includes cross stitch, flower arranging, handiness, papercraft, guitar, piano, violin, and the child "creativity" skill. there's also a second file which offers a slight boost to the benefits of the lot trait.
