Various cheats to add / remove Milestones
Description
Mod: Cheat-ADD / REMOVE milestones:

- It can add/remove milestones originating from the game OR from any mod too
- Can Add / Remove with or without a specific Sim (up to you)
- You can specify in what age to add / remove
- Infants get an extra cheat "unlock all key motor & social at once":
- Under 'Remove Milestone (General)', there is also a cheat to 'Wipe Out All Milestones'.
- "View all milestones with specific sim" lets you do exactly that
