Expands what can be done in Medium skill and Paranormal Investigator.
・Summon Specter: Medium skill level 3 or higher
By clicking on the ground and selecting "Summon Specter," you can summon random specter anywhere.
*Energy will be consumed.
・Release Specter: Medium skill level 3 or higher
By clicking on the jar containing the specter and selecting "Release specter," you can release the specter.
The corresponding color of the released specter will appear.
・Specter communication: Medium skill level 4 or higher
By clicking on a specter, you can transform into a specter and communicate with others. The success rate is higher than normal conversation.
・Remove with Medium ability: Medium skill level 4 or higher
Instead of using a kick or a mop, you can remove cursed objects by using psychic power and waving your hand over the object.
・Purification: Medium Skill Level 5
Click on a floating specter to perform an exorcism. If the timing is off, the effect may linger, but it will disappear if you go to the world management screen or CAS screen and come back.
・Ghost vacuum: Paranormal investigator license
In build mode, you need to purchase an object called "Ghost Vacuum" (Hobbies & Skills: Creative, or other electronics) and put it in the Sim's inventory.
Also, you need to have a Paranormal Investigator license to use it.
When you use it, you will get a jar of floating specter in your inventory.
When using it, click on the floating specter instead of clicking on the Ghost Vacuum.
You can also suck in the Dahlia doll. In the case of the Dahlia doll, a random color Dahlia doll will be obtained in the Sim's inventory.
・Ghost Scanner (requires StrangerVille): Paranormal investigator license
Purchase the "Ghost Scanner" object (Hobby and Skill: Creative, or other electronic equipment) in build mode and keep it in the Sim's inventory.
Executing "Sense Spiritual Volatility" from the inventory will detect the level of paranormal activity in the area.

You can use the "Use as a Specter Vacuum" command on bottled specter to turn them into specter that function as automatic vacuum cleaners.
Also, the "Gravestone Dock" in "Electronics (Other)" can be used as a dock for the vacuum cleaner.

When you use "Use as a specter drone" on bottled floating specter, you can transform them into a filming drone ghost that functions as a filming drone.

These are specters that have the functions of the Discover University's repairman, gardener, and party bot, respectively, and require a medium skill level of 5.
The above specters can be transformed back into bottled floating specters by sucking them up with the Ghost Vacuum after changing them. They will appear on the floor, but depending on where the bottled floating specters are placed, such as on a table, the transformed specters may end up in the household inventory.
・Psychic Cure: Medium skill level 3 or above (requires Get to Work)
If a Sim contracts an illness in Get to Work, they can be cured by performing spiritual healing. Additionally, they will gain immunity to the illness and become less likely to contract it again for a period of time. The menu for performing Psychic Cure will not appear if the Sim is not sick.
Note that performing spiritual healing will consume the medium's energy.

Transforms a specter into a randomly generated rabbit or chicken.
