NGL, I didn't think there was anything here to define. But then I was told about the Island Ancestors. So ... yeah. Here it is. Apply the trait and that's it. I've removed all conflicts on this, so anyone can be an Island Ancestor, if they're a ghost.
In addition the lifeguards at the beach are defined by who is entered into the career. With other traits removed from blacklisting. Only the adult career path, though. I tried to get the teen career in there too, but no dice.
The conservationist NPCs were already defined by the career, so I removed all filters from it. But I still can't tell when they're supposed to come around and the ones that are supposed to be around the turtle hatching event didn't show. Whatever.
