Enables directly diagnosing a patient in the active doctor career.
Because many symptoms are visually visible, an experienced doctor might be able to diagnose the illness solely based on that. This mod makes it possible, removing the requirement to do tests first before a diagnosis can be made.

The mod includes two packages:
- Sanjo_DirectDiagnosis.package: Adds the directly diagnosing functionality.
- Sanjo_DoctorGoalsAdjustment.package: Changes the "Test -> Diagnose -> Treat" goal loop to "Diagnose -> Treat" so that one can still receive situation goal progress with directly diagnosing and treating.
